• Digital Payments: PayPal, Venmo

• Traditional: Checks, Certified Checks, or Money Orders

• Purchase Orders: Accepted from municipal fire departments and training academies. Please contact us for details.

Shipping and Delivery

Individual Orders (Students)

• All individual orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Please allow up to one week for delivery.

• Rush Orders: UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air is available for an additional charge.

• Returns: A pre-paid return shipping label is included in every box for your convenience.

Bulk Orders (Academies & Industrial)

• Bulk shipments are sent via Freight Carrier, which can substantially decrease shipping costs for students and academies. Please contact us to coordinate freight delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

We are confident you will be satisfied with your rental SCBA.

• Full Refund: We offer a full refund of the rental price (less any fit test cost and shipping charges) if the SCBA does not meet your expectations and is returned unused before the start of your program.

• Damage/Loss: Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for details regarding normal wear-and-tear versus damage or loss you may be financially responsible for.

We are committed to protecting your personal information.

The information we collect is used solely for the purpose of processing and shipping your orders, notifying you about your order status, and ensuring proper fulfillment. We do not disclose or sell our customer database to any third parties. All orders are processed using a secure server.

• SCBA Sales & Rentals LLC is not responsible for any damages resulting from the rental or use of subject SCBA.

• Except as stated in our contract, no express or implied warranties are given.

• Damages, if any, are strictly limited to the rental cost incurred.

• Please contact us for a copy of our official Rental Form and the complete Terms & Conditions Form, which must be filled out to rent equipment from us.
